The Homage was created in memory of my favorite clarinetist of all time. Irrespective of my own preferences, the redoubtable Harold Wright was without a doubt somewhere on the top five list of almost everyone's favorite clarinetists. Many of his great performances can be heard

on youtube. If you have't heard his matchless, elegant phrasing let me encourage you to do so.
